Counselling
Whether you’re planning to continue, terminate or unsure, it’s important to talk to a professional counsellor/social worker who can advise about what you can expect during your pregnancy. This gives you the chance to discuss the emotions that you may be feeling

Safe Abortion Care
Having an abortion can be an unnerving emotional decision, but there are options available to you. We help women to safely end their pregnancies and also provide immediate care for women suffering from unsafe abortion and miscarriage.
Pregnancy consultation
We have experienced maternity staff members and gynaecologists/obstetricians who will measure your height and weight, and work out your body mass index (BMI). Blood pressure tests and urine tests for pre-eclampsia. Take the pregnancy consultation to see if you have HIV, syphilis or hepatitis B, and protect your baby from harm.
Contraceptives
We working tirelessly to expand access to high quality and modern contraception, and to offer the widest range of methods in South Africa, so that every woman we meet can choose the method that is right for her.
Antenatal Care
We support women to plan, space and deliver their pregnancies safely, through access to prenatal and obstetric care. This is to ensure that you and your baby are as well as possible throughout your pregnancy.
Sonography
We have highly skilled professionals who will focus on monitoring the foetus during pregnancy to check on growth and for any anomalies throughout your pregnancy. This is a simple, safe and non-invasive method of evaluating your health and that of your baby.
Antenatal Classes
We support women to plan, space and deliver their pregnancies safely, through access to prenatal and obstetric care. This is to ensure that you and your baby are as well as possible throughout your pregnancy.
Maternity Care
This is offered to women and their babies throughout the whole pregnancy, during labour and birth, and after birth for up to six weeks. It can include monitoring the health and well-being of the mother and baby, health education, and assistance during labour and birth.
Post Natal Care/Baby Clinic
We facilitate healthy breastfeeding practices, screen for postpartum depression, monitor the newborn’s growth and overall health status, treat childbirth-related complications and counsel women about their family planning options. We will also refer the mother and baby for specialized care if necessary.
Adoption
We recognise the exceptional vulnerability of babies and children and acknowledge the fact that they are entitled to special care and assistance.
